So yeah, August not the best month ever. Work has been extremely busy thanks to the wedding season and I hear that it'll wind down. I'm kinda relieved. Those few 6:30am shifts really wore me down.

That alone wouldn't normally get me down, but then my co-worker ended up sick. Seriously sick. Apparently, she thought she had stomach problems and so spent the year adjusting her routine, how she ate, and so forth. Yeah, not stomach problems. I have no idea how anyone's uterus can swell up 2 or 3 times its normal size. What the fuck kinda quack was she seeing? She's the sweetest lady and I just want to slap the shit out of her doctor. As if she wasn't in enough pain.

So now she's out of commission for a couple of months. Don't even know if she's had her surgery yet. My bosses are going on vacation as planned, but we'll be short a housekeeper. Its totally fine--problem like that, it's easy to just suck it up. Also means there'll be hours during the slow season which isn't a bad thing either.

Still, I got a second job anyways. A little extra cash to make the bills go away a little faster. Gonna be workin' at the theater again--or I will be. But just when I thought things were lookin up, my jeep's transmission kicks out on me--again... x_x Fuck!

Why is it always the transmission? I swear by Grabthar's Hammer, if they tell me I have to replace the stupid transmission computer again, I'm going to go batshit! *tears out hair*  Gah!!!!

I couldn't even get it looked at last week cause of Labor Day. So far, the mechanics have had my jeep since 7:30am...and no calls. Shouldn't they know by now what the problem is? Maybe they're fixin it. Maybe it's fixable right now. Maybe they won't have to hold onto it for a week like last time. I dunno. The problem doesn't seem much different from the last time. Why do cars even have computers? Why couldn't I have a jeep with stick shift?  Fuck!

So now I'm watching Dead Like Me, because no matter how shitty my day is, dying by toilet seat is way shittier. Damn, I should probably get a copy of my food card for the theater...ah, tomorrow. Tired.  Wish I had tomorrow off...Oh, well. 

Couldn't go anywhere or do anything other than go to work this last week and a half. What the hell could I do though? Not many places you can go at 25mph when the speedlimit between towns is 50-55mph. I got flipped the bird by a slow ass grannie the other day...Now that's sayin something.
